A company based in Uk wants an associated company here in India so that they can apply for long term employment visas as they want their employees readily available for carrying out any task in India at any time. Can any one please let me know the procedure and options available. I am here in India and the company has entrusted the responsibility on me. The company does not have any branch in India.
